These terms govern your use of this website at thereallyusefulappcompany.com (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. They cover the website itself — our individual products have their own separate terms (see “Our products” below).

Using the site
You may view and use this site for lawful, personal, or business-information purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
Our products
This site describes our apps and WordPress plugins. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms and privacy notices, not by these site terms. The content, branding, and design of this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, republish, or reuse them without our permission, except as allowed by law.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided “as is” for general information. We work to keep it accurate and available but make no warranties that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites; the links are provided for convenience only.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
